餐廳名稱：阿發燒餅店 消費時間：2014 年/ 8 月 地址：新北市汐止區水源路一段150號(汐止黃昏市場149攤) 電話：0958-532513 營業時間：略 無音樂。有圖真相網誌版：http://leafphoto.pixnet.net/blog/post/106513175 =====我是分隔線====== 這天剛好經過汐止黃昏市場，這算是我第一次來吧， 無意間撇見這家燒餅攤，我向來喜歡買這種熟成手作燒餅(嗯？)，所以就買來試試口味。 礙於Flickr空間，如果圖片出現破圖的朋友，請點擊該張圖片觀看，謝謝！ 1. 胡椒餅 火侯上烤得剛好，外型算蠻漂亮的。 裡頭的肉餡也不錯，雖然肉稍嫌絞得細一些，但肥瘦比例適中，雖然不算驚艷，但基本上 是好吃的胡椒餅。 2. 蔥燒餅 比起胡椒餅，這款我更為推薦，蔥的份量不少。 烤完火侯掌控剛好，還吃得到蔥的水份，不會乾癟無味。 單純的鹹味反而更吃得出麵粉的香，外型上雖然不算漂亮，但手作燒餅通常外型越醜口味 越好，這款果然沒讓我失望。 3. 汐止黃昏市場不難找，但大家有沒看出這招牌上有什麼異樣？ 後記： 我喜歡平常在外面四處挖掘這些小攤小店， 也許不是什麼名店，但往往也會有出乎意料的驚喜，這也算是日常的小確幸吧，分享給大 家！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.193.195.55 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1409963300.A.5F8.html ※ leafphoto:轉錄至看板 Sijhih 09/06 08:29
