標題[問題] 人事資料表

大家好 想請問各位"人事資料表"一般來說在何時填寫呢? 我自己的經驗有遇過在面試前填寫 也有錄取後填寫 前陣子有朋友去面試 當天跟主管對談一個多小時 對方一直沒有提到薪資 而我朋友考量面試場所是在所有員工都聽得見的開放空間 所以也沒有主動提 (以為會私下通知) 後來過了一周左右 對方人事寄了"人事資料表"請我朋友填寫回傳 但依然沒說明是否錄取? 想請問大家這樣的情況正常嗎? 該不該先問清楚 還是先配合程序比較好呢? 先謝謝大家了~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.227.174.219 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1425649303.A.C70.html
