【動新聞】副駕駛摔飛機　3年出事2次

阿帕契攻擊直升機（AH-64E）失事墜機，副駕駛劉銘輝在2011年駕駛AH-1W時，因操作問題，造成「重落地」，導致直升機受損。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，副駕駛劉銘輝，飛行總時數1034小時，主要是駕駛超級眼鏡蛇攻擊直升機（AH-1W），昨天是首次駕駛阿帕契。他曾因落地程序上處置過慢，導致飛機落地而遭停飛半年，經過半年空安查核，評估劉在精神狀態、專業技能與身體素質都沒有問題，最後通過復飛測試。（楊心慧／綜合報導）
