馬故宮政見跳票？藍：斷章、扭曲

某媒體報導馬英九總統在競選時，曾開出在台中設立故宮分院競選支票，昨天中常會時馬總統坦承當年「外行」，是「為選舉政見跳票開脫」。國民黨發言人陳以信今天表示，故宮台中分院本來就不是馬總統競選支票，因此絕無媒體所言「跳票」。

陳以信指出，馬總統於2008年2月競選期間與表演藝文團體座談時，談到設置故宮中部分院的構想「正研究」中，馬總統當時清楚表示「此構想還未完全定案」。後來也未列在馬總統的「文化政策白皮書」，以及研考會所管考競選政見中。

陳以信說，媒體所謂「政見跳票」報導完全不符事實，已有斷章取義、扭曲事實之嫌，希望該媒體可以主動對外界澄清。
