黑莓買防竊聽技術　德國總理愛用

黑莓公司（BlackBerry）進一步深耕安全服務，同意買下德國防竊聽技術供應商secusmart，secusmart的客戶包括德國總理梅克爾（Angela Merkel）。

secusmart 原本就與黑莓有結盟關係，該公司專門製作手機語音與數據加密，不過雙方並未透露收購價碼等財務資訊。

這是黑莓去年11月任命程守宗出任執行長以來的首樁收購行動，打算借助secusmart拓展防範暗中監視技術市場，先前傳出美國政府竊聽梅克爾手機，引起各國對手機安全的重視。

不過，這筆交易仍需監管機關批准。（于倩若／綜合外電報導）
