加拿大埃德蒙頓市天氣預報員邁克‧索貝爾(Mike Sobel) 日前在節目中牽著一隻小狗為觀眾預報天氣。小狗頑皮可愛的形象博得了滿堂喝彩。

環球網據英國《鏡報》報導，邁克向觀眾介紹，這隻一歲8個月大的小狗名叫裡普爾(Ripple)。但他根本不理會邁克的話，不願意安靜坐在一旁，不停地咬繩子、扯袖子，邁克一邊應付這隻胡鬧的小狗一邊預報天氣。這場滑稽的直播在裡普爾將牠的繩子咬斷時達到了頂峰，連後台工作人員都禁不住笑出了聲。

儘管裡普爾撒潑搗亂，但是邁克還是向觀眾展示了他的風度，堅持播完了天氣預報。事實上，裡普爾出現在節目中是為了促進動物領養事業。搞笑的是，邁克用他自己的『慘痛 』經歷驗證了影視界的一句格言：永遠不要同動物共事。
