德加比駐伊斯坦堡領事館　收不明粉末信件

土耳其的災害與緊急事故管理局(Disaster and Emergency Management Agency)今天(24日)證實，德國、加拿大與比利時三國位於伊斯坦堡的領事館，先後收到了裝有不明黃色粉末的郵件，已緊急將這些不明物品轉交給化學武器專家進行檢驗。

其中，加拿大駐伊斯坦堡領事館的一名工作人員，曾經直接以身體接觸到該粉末，加拿大方面為了安全起見，也立刻宣布關閉領事館24小時。目前並沒有任何組織出面延攬責任。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
