大漢板豆腐換配方重新供貨

川武食品公司曾向永昌化工購買疑似問題石膏粉生產大漢板豆腐，川武食品大園廠副總成安知今晚表示，該公司向永昌化工購買食品級石膏，但永昌究竟是賣食品級或化工級石膏，仍有待釐清。

他說，「我們也是受害者」，但一接到通知就立即自12日凌晨停止生產供貨、通知下游通路商停售，隨即昨天換配方購買合格食品級石膏生產傳統板豆腐，於今天起出貨供應下游換貨銷售。
