陳致中再入民進黨案　可望露曙光

前總統陳水扁之子陳致中在2010年6月退出民進黨參選高雄市議員，並高票當選，翌年因偽證罪遭解職，喪失市議員資格。2013年陳致中申請再入黨，地方黨部通過，但中央黨部認為陳退黨參選，「視同除名處分」，須5年才能重新入黨，高雄市黨部提交仲裁委員會處理。據了解，仲裁理由書預計7至10天出爐，不排除朝向對陳致中較正面的方向發展。（林修卉／台北報導）
