楊梅社區土地糾紛　居民圍入口阻施工

桃園市楊梅區裕成路的大台北社區發生土地糾紛，原本社區旁的籃球場、公園等公共設施，當年建商蓋好後，同意讓社區使用地上設施，但沒有地土所有權，之後的社區管理委未交接地上物使用權，但多年後土地遭法拍，去年底標到土地的地主想重新開發整地挖掉地上物，但居民想要協商未果，組成自救會和地主抗爭，地主多次進場拆除都遭抗爭。

今天上午地主又找來多輛怪手進場整地，社區居民聞聲又來圍住工地，雙方近百人在入口處僵持不下，最後找來警方調處，施工人員及機具先行離開，雙方再行協調才結束這場抗爭。（黎百代／桃園報導）
