想請問各位，2週內光是排班就上了93.5小時，不包括另外延長工時，雖然中間共休4天，這樣算違反勞基法嗎? 雖然勞基法是可做7休1但在前6天已上51小時，這樣可以嗎? 如果2月上了160小時但是基本工時為120小時那多出來的那40小時要領錢是領乘1倍還是1.33呢? 還有就是待通知的班卻以另一個名字來掩蓋，而且還常真的被叫出來上班，薪水也沒比較多或是另外津貼，那在勞基法裡薪資要怎麼算? 很多問題，希望大家可幫我回答，手機排版請見諒 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.198.188.126 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1425131955.A.2F1.html
