雙卡利率降到16%　6行庫仍願意發卡

【廖珮君／台北報導】立委費鴻泰今早在財委會質疑8家公股行庫董事長，表示若信用卡利率降到16%，哪家銀行還願意做信用卡業務？有六家行庫願意繼續做信用卡業務，僅第一銀和兆豐銀不願意繼續做，金管會主委曾銘宗則說，行庫願意做但不代表會賺錢。

費鴻泰則說，若利率降低還有行庫願意做信用卡業務，就代表可以支持降低利率。曾銘宗則說，行庫願意做但有可能會選擇客戶，他說對銀行信用卡利率修法，希望可拿到銀行法來規範比較適合。

而8家公股行庫中，信用卡業務過去三年平均也僅有一銀和兆豐銀賺錢，若拉到五年則沒有任何一家行庫賺錢。
