郭冠英領高薪退休案　彈劾監委要查

遭監察院彈劾的行政院前新聞局秘書郭冠英，台灣省政府在3月時任用他為外事秘書，郭旋即於4月屆齡退休，支領每月至少6萬元月退俸，引發爭議，監委錢林慧君今申請自動調查，以釐清相關事實及責任。

郭冠英曾以「范蘭欽」等為筆名發表辱台文章損害國家尊嚴，2009年遭監察院通過彈劾，並經公務員懲戒委員會決議「撤職並停止任用3年」。

錢林慧君2009年負責調查並提案彈劾郭冠英，這次再度申請自動調查，將深入瞭解台灣省政府任用郭冠英是否違反《公務人員任用法》等相關規定？任用即將屆滿退休年齡者，是否符合政府機關進用人才的慣例？相關機關及人員是否違失？（吳家翔／台北報導）
