日本8成餐廳招工難　和民被迫關60門市

據《日本經濟新聞》進行的2013年度餐飲業調查顯示，回答確保人力比1年前困難的企業超過80%，比2012年度的調查高出20個百分點以上，顯示人力短缺已成為日本餐飲業經營的一大難題。

面對持續積極開店的便利商店等其他行業的招募人力競爭日益加劇，日本餐飲業面臨無法招募足夠人員的窘境，部分企業甚至因此被迫關門，知名居酒屋連鎖店「和民」今年就因此被迫關閉了60家門市。

據《日本經濟新聞》調查顯示，1年來提高時薪的餐飲企業高達62.2%，「持平」的佔36%，而調降時薪的則為零，顯示日本餐飲企業為了留住員工，不惜祭出提高時薪的利多。

但報導中也警告，員工不足的難題迫使企業不得不調整成長策略，但調高時薪可能導致企業收益惡化，甚至可能成為妨礙日本經濟成長的壁壘。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
