【動新聞】遭債主上銬毆打　遇警臨檢跳車獲救

新北市1名因詐欺遭通緝的40歲男子廖國勝，昨天晚間開車載著妻子及4歲女兒前往蘆洲區一間護理之家商談土地買賣，債主許凱宏獲悉前往堵人，許男等人不但對廖男拳打腳踢，還拿出腳鐐手銬將廖男銬上強押上車。廖男趁許嫌5人中途下車討論時，跳上駕駛座將車開走，許嫌等人立即攔計程車緊追。

廖男開了2公里後遇到警方臨檢點，立即下車向警方求救。隨後趕來的嫌犯立即被警方壓制。警方訊後依妨害自由、傷害、恐嚇等罪嫌移送，廖男則因詐欺通緝解送地檢署歸案。（黃子騰／新北報導）
