標題[閒聊] 為什麼不管哪一家fwd大家都說不要去

我發現在網路上看到很多人請益去哪一家forearder或船公司面試前 問要去面試的公司好不好 但我看到不管是問哪一家 大家的回答都是 這一家負評太多 要多考慮 除非有經濟壓力 不然不要去這一家 很好奇如果這一行業的每家公司都讓大家的負評這麼多 那是不是這一行業不要待了比較好?? 另外 能不能問大家 究竟哪家的風評特別差 又為什麼差呢 是員工離職率太高? 加班太多 太晚回家? 還是薪水太低 沒加班費? 還是公司內同事難搞 主管機車? 謝謝版上的大大. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 219.85.175.142 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1408025962.A.2C5.html
