美元結束了連續三天的漲勢。俄羅斯與烏克蘭領袖在談判中，同意採取行動，促使烏克蘭東部停火，減緩了緊張，美元因而下跌。

澳元上漲，預期決策官員無意降息。俄羅斯盧布兌大多外幣上漲。

美國將於9月5日公布8月就業報告，為投資人所矚目。歐洲央行明日將舉行會議。

分析師說，俄羅斯與烏克蘭停火消息，對歐元屬利多。

歐元上漲0.2%至1.3160美元，而後回檔至1.3140，昨日下跌至1.3110，創2013年9月6日以來低點。歐元下跌0.2%至137.80日元。日元上漲0.2%至104.87兌1美元。

加元上漲，加國央行說，經濟成長加速，符合預期，並維持利率於1%不變。加元上漲0.4%至1.0882兌1美元。

澳元兌主要外幣上漲，澳洲央行總裁Stevens說，他不願推高房價，以降低失業。投資人因而預期決策官員將維持利率不變。

Stevens說，雖然我們希望失業率快速下降，但靠推升已高的房價，達成此一目的，似乎並非明智。分析師說，這顯示他們不急於降息。

澳元上漲0.7%至93.43美分，昨日下跌0.6%。

俄羅斯盧布上漲1.6%至36.85兌1美元。烏克蘭停火有望，為盧布帶來利多。
