侵吞近千萬保費　國泰人壽襄理被訴

國泰人壽一名林姓女業務襄理(48歲)因投資失利、週轉不靈，竟從2009年到2012年為止，陸續侵吞客戶繳納的保險費、購買基金費用，有時林女會偽造收據給客戶，已便取得信任，但也有老客戶因信任她，而未索取收據。直到2012年12月間，一名紀姓客戶聽聞林女丈夫因債務問題自殺，驚覺有異，查問後發現林女侵吞客戶繳納費用，用來填補自己的錢洞。
 
經清查，林女共侵吞956萬元，有15名客戶受害。台中地檢署偵結，依詐欺和業務侵佔等罪將林女提起公訴，林女最高可判刑5年。(鄧玉瑩／台中報導)
