標題[請問] 關於有卡債，但想賣房還債

各位好 想請有經驗的鄉民們，分享一下您的寶貴經驗 情況是這樣的，家父有背卡債，也已經跟銀行協商，已經更生 目前還欠有240萬，家父名下，還有一間房產 請問可以把房子賣掉嗎？為了把債還清 今天跟家裡通電話，家父提到需要先把卡債還清，才能賣房。 （關於需要先還清這件事，我不是很清楚） 請問該如何做，才能把房子賣掉呢？ 另外，由於是家裡長輩現在在住的房子，我希望可以用買得買下來，我來背房貸， 他們可以繼續住，但又可以有錢去還債 請站內信，先謝謝各位了 或是您知道有哪些專業管道可以諮詢，要費用也可以 :) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.34.211.183 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1415287702.A.9B1.html
