黃昆輝ECFA公投案遭否決敗訴定讞

台灣團結聯盟主席黃昆輝於2010年向中央選舉委員會提出「你是否同意政府與中國簽訂『兩岸經濟合作架構協議』（簡稱ECFA）」公投案，遭中選會駁回，他不服氣，提起行政訴訟控告中選會處分不當。

今年1月，台北高等行政法院以公投提案主文與理由相互矛盾，且提案內容涉及租稅事項，公投提案不合規定，中選會駁回並無不當等理由判決黃昆輝敗訴；黃再提上訴。最高行政法院今日下午判決駁回上訴，黃昆輝敗訴定讞。
