台北市新任市長柯文哲，近日邀請新北市朱立倫參加北市跨年晚會，今天晚間傳出朱立倫敲定會出席，新北市府稍早證實，市長朱立倫的確已經答應柯文哲，將出席台北市府的跨年活動。
