扁保外就醫有「三不」　若不遵受恐回籠

前總統陳水扁在下午3時30分獲准保外就醫出監，在出監前，台中監獄當面諭知扁在保外期間須遵守「三不」規定，包括不能從事與醫療無關活動、不能接受採訪、不能參加公開活動。

台中監獄副典獄長蘇坤銘指出，《監獄行刑法》規定，保外醫治不能從事與醫療無關的活動，由於《監獄行刑法》並沒有詳細規定何謂與醫療無關活動，因此獄方另當面告知扁，不能接受採訪、不能參加公開活動，如果扁從事以上與醫療無關活動，就代表健康無虞，獄方將會撤銷他的保外醫治，要他回籠服刑。

蘇坤銘表示，扁保外醫治後，需到教學醫院接受治療，獄方已告知家屬，希望盡快擇定扁就醫醫院，並向中監報告，未來中監將會每個月訪視一次，會看醫院的診斷證明，並主動認定扁是否可以繼續保外醫治。(法庭中心／台中報導）
