先提一下我最近的經歷： A公司做很多年後(真的很久)離職，有拿到非自願離職證明書（以下簡稱非自願書）有領到失業補助金，接著一個月後進入B公司 B公司三個月試用期結束沒通過，簽離職證明，沒領非自願書也約一個月後進入目前的C公司，但目前試用期快到，收到通知仍是未通過請問目前這樣我能向公司拿非自願書，且能領到失業補助金嗎？目前仍未離職，除了對我的考核結果外還沒簽其他文件 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.228.231.184 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1425393935.A.F4C.html
