標題[問題] 有鄉民做日式料理行業嗎?

小弟在半年前休學，之後等當兵。 那準備退伍找工作，之前考慮過許多行業， 那原本做過西點學徒，還算順手，可是後面就學優先就沒做了。 那我思考許久，對於日式料理行業想要踏進去當學徒， 也在網路上爬了文了解工作位階包括學徒，中工，師父， 冷台，烤炸台…等等。 有鄉民能分享個工作經驗和我該往小店應徵還是大店呢？ 希望主要以能學到紮實的底子為優先， 還有行情學徒，師父薪水多少？ 會不會職缺都很少的問題， 希望能指點我一下，感謝。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 223.137.225.153 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1425820125.A.FA6.html
