如果木材不對　就算是「漂流木」也是犯法

台北市長柯文哲認定內湖那批木頭是山老鼠所盜採的，對此撿拾這批木頭的蘇中福發聲明痛斥「不要把我們汙名化」。不過其實就算是漂流木，如果木材不對，也是犯法的。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，台東縣政府農業處前處長吳慶榮表示，如果內湖那批木頭是檜木、杉木、櫸木等一級林木，就算是漂流木，蘇中福也是涉犯侵占及竊取國有財產罪，將會移送法辦。(葉國吏/綜合報導)
