中國慶黃埔建軍　羅紹和：正統在中華民國

黃埔建軍90周年，海峽兩岸均積極展開黃埔慶祝活動，甚至中國還以黃埔正統自居，號召旅居世界各地的黃埔人返回黃埔軍校。我國防部軍事發言人羅紹和今天在國防部例行記者會中鄭重強調：「真正正統的黃埔是在中華民國的陸軍官校。」
 
據了解，我國多位高階退役將領都將參與中國所舉辦的「兩岸黃埔」之類活動者，目前所知的約有20至30位，國防部無法要求不得前往中國，僅能以道德勸說的方式，希望他們在中國期間，不要做出傷害中華民國、傷害國軍形象的言行。

此外，退輔會及國軍的後備指揮部也會利用相關集會時宣導，注意相關言行，避免被中共方面拿來做宣傳工具。（王烱華／台北報導）
