「整過形做黑的」　男超商牆登廣告辱前妻

新北市44歲的王姓男子因與林姓前妻因故發生口角，兩人交惡，王男竟在今年3月間跑到前妻工作附近的超商牆壁，張貼公告，指名道姓指前妻「整形過，此女人疑是有在做黑」，還公布價錢「半套1千、全套2千」等語，並放上前妻照片，前妻氣得火冒三丈，怒告王男，士林地檢署依加重誹謗罪起訴王男。
 
起訴指出，王男不但在超商牆壁張貼公告指前妻「有在做黑」等內容，還將這些文字寄到前妻家中。王男坦承犯案，但前妻不願原諒他，因此檢方認定王男以文字散布不實內容，已詆毀前妻名譽，將他起訴。（吳珮如／台北報導）
