部落長老涉猥褻8幼童 遭收押

一名有戀童癖的部落長老，利用擔任教會主日學空檔，涉嫌長期向學童伸出魔爪，涉妨害性自主，受害童男童女至少8人以上，檢警擔心嫌犯再犯機率很高，日前向屏東地方法院聲請羈押獲淮。

這名長老(57歲)已婚，育有一名子女已經成年，原本打算參選年底鄉代，因醜聞爆發已打消參選意願。

嫌犯因擔任教會職務，濫用教友信賴，常邀請小教友到家中打電玩，再伺機撫摸小教友的胸部或下體，如果遇上「落單」的小教友，他則藉故檢查其身體，再以手指或性器官入被害者私處，檢警已傳喚10多人說明，陸續將再傳喚多人到案，但至少証實8人以上遭染指。

嫌犯從4年前即以網路遊戲引誘學童到家，再伺機上下其手侵害，6月初時一名國小被害人告訴老師受害經過，校方立刻通報社工和警方介入調查，檢警認為有實施預防性羈押必要，法官受理後裁准羈押。（洪振生／屏東報導）
