網傳日石垣島不租車給台灣人　店家否認

昨天有消息傳出，日本石垣島租車多間公司將台灣旅客列為拒絕往來戶，認為台灣遊客素質低落，發生碰撞事故即離島開溜。對此，其中一家租車公司「Kumanomi」否認該項傳聞。

「Kumanomi」官網指出，過去經常發生台灣人租借車輛，發生碰撞等車禍後，即不負責任離島，甚至掩蓋車禍事實，不聯繫警方，導致島上多間租車公司不願租給台灣遊客。《蘋果》今日電訪該租車公司，該公司解釋，租車給台灣人車子的服務依舊持續進行，只是會將租車的門檻提高。台灣租車者必須出示相關駕照證件，公司才允許租車。假如租車者為技術不純熟者，公司也會保留出租車子的權利，以降低肇逃或發生事故的機率。（施旖婕、余浚安／綜合外電報導）
