郭烈成餿水油含重金屬　傷肝致癌

郭烈成餿水油案屏東地檢署今天偵結起訴，由於檢方起訴書證實，衛福部食藥署先前化驗郭烈成地下工廠的油品，發現含有銅、鉻、鉛等重金屬成分，檢察官痛陳相關嫌犯業者罔顧消費大眾健康。

林口長庚醫院臨床毒物科主任顏宗海表示，酸價偏高代表油品應是多次高溫油炸的回收廢油，長期食用易引發心血管疾病，而食用含銅、鉻油品恐傷肝，並有致癌隱憂，至於鉛對腦部未發育完善的兒童傷害大，長期食用恐致過動與有損智力發展。（吳慧芬／高雄報導）
