檢警保管文宣魏明谷總部批違法

民進黨彰化縣黨部印製17萬份文宣，內容牽涉國民黨縣長候選人林滄敏曾被報導的文章，昨晚送往全縣91處派報站準備夾報散發，林滄敏陣營不滿文宣內容按鈴提告，文宣遭檢警暫時「保管」。民進黨立法院黨團總幹事蔡其昌認為，文宣上有署名發送單位，內容也是根據媒體報導及公文內容印製，何來「黑函」之說，譴責檢警執法過當，民進黨部也說，另有31萬份原本預計今天在各郵局無址投遞的文宣，也傳出遭警方扣押，數量還在統計中。
