桃園縣政府受理的「桃園國際機場第3梯次航空噪音補助申請作業」，截至11月底前受理1萬6000多件，民眾滿意度達9成6。

桃園縣政府環境保護局今天表示，桃園縣政府接辦桃園國際機場航空噪音補助申請作業，103年起完全依照縣府規劃，辦理發放作業。

環保局說，第3梯次作業較前一梯次民航局辦理時的8年期程縮短為2年，申請作業時間流程，也由之前的每件案件，從申請到領到補助款的180天降為20天。

環保局表示，受理案從今年3月起受理後，截至11月底，已受理1萬6000多件申請案，完成撥款金額已超過新台幣4億元，根據環保局問卷統計，民眾滿意度高達96.3%。

環保局指出，縣府採取簡政便民縮短作業流程的目的，讓民眾可以更簡便和容易的辦理申請補助作業，達到零委託代辦的最終目標；讓民眾申請的補助款完全入袋，不必再額外花費委辦費用。(中央社)
