桃園一名59歲羅姓男子今年11月初被地檢署發佈通緝，26日早上7點40分左右走在路上被眼尖員警認出帶回偵辦，羅嫌向警方表示「落跑」有苦衷，他說之前因為竊盜案被移送，只要有傳喚都會準時出庭，自己孤家寡人，沒有其他的親友可以依靠，害怕到牢裏的時候如果要買點東西都沒錢，想等存夠一筆錢再去法院報到。

羅嫌表示「落跑」期間一邊躲警察，一邊打零工存錢，平日擔任舉廣告看板的工作，一天可賺7百元，但是吃飯喝酒就花光了，期間想碰運氣去買了多次彩券，偏偏都槓龜，身上只剩不到1百元，所以一直無法去報到，員警聽完他的抱怨，真的是啼笑皆非，勸他早點勇敢面對司法的制裁才是好辦法。警方訊後將羅嫌解送歸案。
