市場看好國際油價低檔有利志信（2611）運輸事業營運成本、加上台北美麗信獲利，旅館事業部分開始轉虧為盈，市場看好今年業績表現，志信今天股價以12.05元開高，盤中攻上12.55元漲停價位。（陳俐妏／台北報導）
