法國發生恐襲慘案後，西班牙總理拉侯伊（Mariano Rajoy）今天說，希望能修改免除邊境檢查的《申根公約》（Schengen Agreement），重新設置檢查哨，避免恐怖份子輕易逃竄各國。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
