鶯歌陶瓷博物館突破傳統的陳設方式，增設4臺觸控式螢幕，不僅可欣賞原住民陶的珍貴歷史影像，還有寓教於樂的考古遊戲。該項鮮體驗的推出，除獲得好評外，更是受到帶小朋友來參觀家長的讚不絕口！

館長陳春蘭表示，增設2種互動式體驗遊戲裝置，一是運用拼圖概念，讓民眾在螢幕上滑動，藉此認識原住民陶器的紋飾之美。二則是模擬考古遺址情境，同樣透過互動方式，將臺灣各遺址的文物挖掘出土，以此認識文物與用途。

陳春蘭強調，藉由影片及遊戲的展出方式，深入淺出介紹原住民陶的歷史與考古的相關知識，未來也將持續增設動態展示及情境營造，使大家輕鬆獲知資訊，達到教育目的。

陳春蘭指出，「穿越時空之旅－史前陶/原住民陶/現代陶藝」常設展廳有60分鐘的分段影片，供民眾自由選擇欣賞，內容以實地取景、模擬情境或拍攝遺址等方式呈現，包括阿美、排灣、魯凱、達悟、布農、凱達格蘭、噶瑪蘭、西拉雅等族，讓大家初步認識這些族群精彩的陶藝文化。
