利用男友母信任女盜領307萬元遭起

彰化縣一名48歲廖姓女子利用男友母親李姓婦人不識字，極力獲得李姓婦人信任後，以代領郵局存款生活費和定存換單展延為由，盜用李姓婦人的印鑑章領款，3年多來盜領了307萬元，直到去年才被發現，報警偵辦後，彰化地檢署檢察官將廖姓女子依偽造文書罪起訴。檢方表示，廖女未獲李婦同意蓋用印章盜領金錢，涉偽造私文書罪，依刑法可處5年以下有期徒刑。
