合庫金15億股現增　基準日定2月8日

合庫金（5880）今公告15億股現金增資案已經金管會申報生效，預定每股面額達10元，發行價格將擇期另案提報董事會決議，屆時才能確定總發行金額，預計2月2日除權，最後過戶日落在2月3日，現增基準日定在2月8日，股款繳納期間將待董事會通過後另外公告。

合庫金指出，此次現金資增資金用途主要在於轉投資子公司合庫銀及合庫證券，其中將提供15%員工認股空間，原股東可認總股數75%，公開銷售股數達15萬張，佔整體現增股數發行量10%，另畸零股及逾期未認股權則可由股東繳款日5日內，向合庫金股務代理機構辦理併溱認股。（陳瑩欣／台北報導）
