借錢拍裸照抵押　債主討錢恐嚇倒賠8萬

新北市已婚戴姓保險業務員跟酒女小婷（化名），因性交易而成朋友，小婷因缺錢向戴借12萬元，竟以拍裸照及性愛影片當抵押品。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，40歲已婚戴男，與27歲小婷有過多次性交易，小婷因為缺錢，向戴男借12萬元，並同意讓戴男拍攝裸照及性愛影片當作借款的抵押品。後來戴為了追債威脅公開影帶，吃上恐嚇等官司，不但12萬元飛了，還倒賠對方8萬元，更要支付國庫6萬元，才換得1年緩起訴。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
