【環資報導】水保區訂旅館開發規範環團憂鬆綁

環保署擬修正「飲用水管理條例」，上月12日先提出預公告，要明訂禁止在「飲用水水源水質保護區或飲用水取水口一定距離內地區」，開發客房數達20間以上旅館（飯店、賓館）、觀光旅館、休閒農場，及客房數達16間以上民宿。

雖然環保署一再強調，此次公告只是為了讓法律規範變得更明確，並未放寬，但1日舉行的公聽會中，不但多個民間團體提出質疑，部分地方縣市代表也持保留態度，「不處理，擱置也是一種作法」毒管處處長袁紹英表示願再做評估...（賴品瑀／台北訊）
