任期18天將屆滿　黃世銘請辭喊假的

檢察總長黃世銘3月21日一審有罪的判決出爐後，依照承諾請辭，至今卻尚未批准，黃只剩18天屆滿，外界懷疑，是否為技術性留任。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，法界人士認為，目前黃已請辭遲遲未獲准，有可能是馬總統採用拖延戰術，若拖到4月18日黃屆滿日到，黃即可實質做滿任期，若真拖到屆滿，那當初黃請辭根本是講假的。黨政人士針對尚未獲准的辭呈表示，黃的辭呈應由法務部長處理，並非由總統批准，但法務相關人士認為辭呈要由行政院轉呈總統准辭，雙方互踢皮球。目前馬總統已正式提名下任的檢察總長顏大和，提名咨文已送至立法院。（楊心慧／綜合報導）
