潛藏債務飆破17兆　每位國民背債103萬

行政院主計總處統計，去年各級政府潛藏負債高達17.14兆元，短短3年暴增4.12兆元，增加速度幾近失控。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，財主單位資料顯示，去年底各級政府債務負擔（包括公共債務法規範的債務、短期債務及非營業基金舉債等）約7兆元，若加計潛藏債務17.14兆元，去年底政府總負債已達24.18兆元，換算平均每位國民背債103萬元。軍公教退休金及勞工保險潛藏負債最多，軍公教退撫新舊制高達8.37兆元，勞保也飆至8.1兆元。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
