颱風哈吉貝　已登陸廣東汕頭沿海

據中國中央氣象台消息，今年第7號颱風海貝思（台灣譯「哈吉貝」）的中心，已於下午4時50分在廣東省汕頭市濠江區附近沿海登陸，登陸時中心附近最大風力有9級（23米/秒），中心最低氣壓為986百帕斯卡。

預計海貝思將以每小時10公里的速度向偏北轉北偏東方向移動，強度逐漸減弱。廣東海事局根據防抗熱帶氣旋應急預案，決定將防熱帶氣旋4級應急響應提升為3級。有汕頭網友在微博分享照片（圖），可見南澳縣前江碼頭海面湧起白頭浪。

中國氣象網引述專家稱，颱風在登陸過程中，受地形影響，風雨會非常大，而且往往伴有風暴潮、風暴增水。這時的防禦重點是：港內船隻、港口設施、沿海城鎮、鄉村、近海養殖等人員生命和財產的安全。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
