不要金援恐怖組織　卡麥隆重申拒付贖金

英國首相卡麥隆4日在北約峰會上表示，不會屈服於極端組織「伊斯蘭國」提出的贖金要求，他警告稱，支付贖金，只會增加恐怖分子更多對抗西方的資本。卡麥隆提及八國集團去年簽署的一項反對支付贖金的聲明，但很明顯並非所有國家都遵守該聲明。 　　

卡麥隆表示重點在於不要支付恐怖分子更多錢，因為他們會用這筆錢購買武器，再犯下其他綁架案。卡麥隆曾在過去公開發表過同樣言論，這是首次在北約峰會的工作餐會上直接提出。卡麥隆沒有公開點名應該批評的國家，但據認為，卡麥隆對三個歐盟國家，包括法國、西班牙與義大利等表示不滿，認為他們違反了八國集團聲明的精神。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
