國民黨九合一選舉慘敗，馬英九總統可能辭去黨主席；兼任黨副主席、有「小辣椒」之稱的立法院副院長，傳聞將任代理黨主席。

敗選當天晚上，黨祕書長曾永權請辭，不過截至今晚，尚未辭去副主席職務。

國民黨目前尚有5名副主席，依序是曾永權、洪秀柱，即將卸任的嘉義市長黃敏惠，新北市長朱立倫，連任失利的台中市長胡志強。

國民黨黨章規定，黨主席由總統兼任，如果馬英九辭黨主席，必須3個月內召開臨時全代會，討論是否修改黨章並改選，在這之前，將依副主席順位代理。

如果曾永權也辭副主席，將由洪秀柱代理黨魁。

對於這項消息，黨中央沒有評論。
