沾頂新劣油統一捐食安基金3000萬

行政院消保處今天說，統一企業遵守承諾，將遭到椰子油汙染的23件產品淨利用於退費後，補上統一額外捐贈的200餘萬元，合計新台幣3000萬，全數捐給衛福部食安基金。

去年11月下旬統一企業針對2012年誤用頂新製油進口有疑慮椰子油生產的布丁、冰品及烘焙等23項產品提出退費2倍及買1送2回饋方案，但消保處認為有更理想方案，對統一企業進行行政指導。

統一企業隨後承諾將上述產品淨利，在退費期限屆滿後，扣除這次退費給消費者後的剩餘款項，全數捐給食安基金。

不過，日前統一企業向消保處表達，經會計師結算餘額為2724萬2755元，統一決定拋磚引玉，再捐贈200餘萬元，合計3000萬元，全數捐給衛福部剛成立的食安基金。
