專利訴訟戰火再起　蘋果要三星賠20億美元

蘋果（Apple）與三星電子（SAMSUNG）的新一輪專利訴訟案將於今天開審。據英國《金融時報》報導，蘋果將要求三星為抄襲iPhone付出逾20億美元（611億元台幣）
的損害賠償，而Google高層也將首度為這2家公司的專利訴訟出庭作證。

在2012年的首輪官司中，陪審團裁定，三星須賠償蘋果10.5億美元（321億元台幣），但法官最終將金額削減至9.29億美元（284億元台幣）。

這次的官司中，蘋果要求三星為2011年以來每一支侵權的手機，支付33~40美元（1008~1222元台幣）的賠償金。

三星也指控蘋果包括iPhone 5、iPad mini等產品侵權，但要求的賠償金額僅略高於2200萬美元（6.7億元台幣）。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
