古惑仔式談判　殯儀館旁挨冷槍

昨天凌晨3時，高雄市殯儀館旁馬路發生槍擊案，潘姓男子（26歲）與于姓男子（19歲）因1件車禍和解金談不攏，雙方不僅電話互嗆，賠償金額還從1萬元提高成5萬元，於是相約談判，潘等人分駕駛6部汽車前來，于男則揪眾分乘9部機車到場。
 
潘男等人先到場，將汽車停放附近暗巷等候，于男等人不知中埋伏，其中有人從暗巷衝出，朝于男開了數槍，其中1槍打中于的左腳掌，眾人隨即一哄而散，于經送榮總救治，所幸無生命危險。
 
警方事後據報，調閱沿途路口監視器，根據車號鎖定潘男，昨天下午將他拘提到案，潘供稱只是開車前去助勢，開槍另有其人，警方已鎖定特定對象，全力追捕，全案依違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例罪嫌送辦。（湯寶隆／高雄報導）
