一名男子才剛因性侵案出獄，沒想到不到一個月再度犯案，還鎖定觀光客多的彰化大村鄉平和夕照公園附近，幸好被害女子機警，趁機逃跑報警，才沒讓色狼得逞。

彰化大村鄉平和夕照公園因模仿澎湖雙心石滬而建造「雙心蓮園」，吸引許多觀光客前往，但卻出現色狼蹤影！根據《TVBS新聞台》報導，29日晚間11時，一名女大生騎腳踏車從附近經過，嫌犯騎機車從後方將女大生撞倒，上前假裝關心，再拿出水果刀要脅女大生，將對方拖進竹林裡，女大生看見4、5台車經過，高舉雙手喊救命，但沒被發現，後來她趁嫌犯不注意、趁機逃跑。

嫌犯之後又鎖定一名騎機車婦人，又以相同方式將對方拖到公園的涼亭，婦人後來強行掙脫，並向一名路過駕駛求救。警方接獲報案後，前往現場逮人，發現嫌犯今年5月10日才剛因妨礙性自主案出獄，卻因喝醉酒又再次犯案，訊後被依妨害性自主與公共危險移送法辦，30日遭法院羈押。
