駕駛貨車為業的李姓男子，嗜酒成性，過去有7次酒駕紀錄，仍沒學到警惕，他去年6月在家喝啤酒，酒後和妻爭執，他準備騎機車到分駐所報案，一騎出社區停車場坡道，就遇到警察，酒測值達1.31毫克，這是他第8次酒駕紀錄，新竹地院依公共危險罪，判他10個月徒刑。

李男否認騎機車，表示當時是牽著機車，用車燈當照明，但法官不採信他的說法。
